Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with clients to negotiate leasing details,
• Perform marketing or cold-calling duties to find new tenants.
• Help the management negotiate leasing agreements with clients.
• Work on residential properties, commercial or office buildings, or retail properties.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in rural and urban planning or property development and estate management
• One or two years working experience
• Good negotiating skills
• Driver’s license is a must
