Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following posts that have arisen in the University:

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of project work plans and other key documents and ensuring all targets are met
Producing progress reports and monitoring and evaluation of projects
Development of a maintenance plan for University infrastructure and grounds
Supervision of construction work done by the University construction brigade
Supervision of repairs and maintenance works
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Works and Estates.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
A Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Possession of a first degree in Civil Engineering/Surveying and a Certificate in Project Management is an added advantage.
At least five years’ relevant post qualification experience
Computer literacy, conversant in design software such as CAD.
