Job Description
The position requires a multi skilled construction technician with a capacity to plan, design, coordinate and monitor construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Planning and designing of projects.
2. Responsible for Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
3. Oversee all aspects of projects.
4. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
5. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must be qualified and have 5 years experience of working on storey buildings.
