Job Description

You are responsible to the Trust Bursar for:
1. Getting necessary drawings drawn up for every project.
2. Finding 3 quotations from acknowledged contractors with a proven record.
3. Assisting the Bursar with decisions on the correct contractor.
4. Procuring good-quality materials before construction can begin at a favourable price – 3 quotes are needed here.
5. Transporting and storing materials.
6. Supervising construction to the highest standards.
7. Ensuring work is completed in an acceptable time frame.
8. Ensuring work is completed with reasonable safety standards
9. Handing over each project for use.
10. You are responsible to the Bursar for remaining within budget. All expenses over the budgeted figure need his approval.
11. Any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Experience

RELEVENT QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

A practical subject qualification from a technical college will be ideal (CONSTRUCTION)

5 - O LEVELS is a MUST

Driver's Licence will be an added advantage
