Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of residential housing and commercial construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities from planning to completion
• Support site teams in monitoring progress, quality, and timelines
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, and specifications

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of site operations and project delivery processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
