Position Summary
The Project Assistant will provide valuable support to the project lead and teams, ensuring the successful
planning, execution, and completion of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their project management skills and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description
• Assisting Project Officer with coordinating project logistics and activities
• Assisting Project Officer with coordinating recording sessions, album launches and promotional
• Ensuring participant needs are met such as requesting and purchasing data each month for virtual
• Take lead on designing of graphics and publicity materials
• Take lead on recording and editing video content or pictures needed
• Coordinate social media presence and content strategy under the support of the Project Officer
• Keep an archive of press cuttings, adverts clippings and press photos including filing them
• Represent the project at events and other business development opportunities that will enrich
contribution to the project

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Arts, Humanities or related from a reputable tertiary institution.
Candidates without a degree, who possess demonstrable experience will be considered. Minimum of two
years’ relevant working experience in a similar position preferably acquired in a non-profit making or
