Job Description
Our client, a consulting firm seeks a dynamic and results oriented individual to be part of their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To supervise and manage programme officers and keep track of individualised submissions.
• Closely monitor program content.
• Review of Bids/Tenders prior to client submission.
• To manage ongoing projects and update management.
Qualifications and Experience
• A Master’s degree in Social Sciences
• Have Previous NGO/ Research experience
• Previous Supervisor Role
• Previous experience in the development of Proposals and Bids
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
