Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
 Lead in the development of academic and outreach programmes in the Department
 Lead in the development of innovation and industrialization programmes in the Department
 Conducting tutorials, marking assignments and examination papers
 Supervision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate research projects/dissertations
 Mobilizing resources for research and development in the Department
 Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
 Assisting with the marketing of University programmes.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
 A Master’s degree in relevant area. A PhD degree will be a distinct advantage
 Evidence of resource mobilization for research, innovation and industrialization
 Research publications in peer reviewed journals, books and conference proceedings
 At least three years’ teaching experience in a University.
