About
A leading creative and digital media organization is looking for a young, dynamic Program Lead to coordinate an exciting Arts4change project that uses film, music, and art to creatively promote
accountability in Zimbabwe.

Position Summary
The Program Lead will run the Arts4Change project on a day-to-day basis, oversee personnel, and provide creative input to this vibrant arts and media project.
The individual would need to be skilled in project management, have good interpersonal skills and be passionate about arts, media, and accountability.
The successful candidate will be a creative and experienced professional with a background in the creative sector, the civic sector as well as competencies in project management. It is key that the individual is a team player and works well in a collaborative environment.
The candidate should be methodical, well organized and have the ability to manage multiple teams.
This post is being offered on a fixed term contract basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description
Coordinating the Arts4Change programme.
Managing and coordinating programme logistics.
Drafting and coordinating the overall programme workplan.
Overseeing the Film Fellowship Officer and Voice2Rep Officer.
Ensuring that the programme achieves its objectives and targets.
Overseeing the Film Fellowship project, the Voice2Rep project, content production, training bootcamps and mural projects.
Conceptualize programme promotion and publicity. Liaising with funding partners and sponsors.
Providing regular updates and progress reports to the Operations Director.
Ensuring the sustainability of the programme and the organization through income generation, proposal writing and fundraising.
Coordinating and hiring project staff where needed.
Liaising with service providers.
Meeting with the Operations Director for advice on strategy, planning, programme management and meeting targets.
Create and implement project monitoring frameworks, indicators, target data collection tools, M&E plans.
Timeously provide periodic narrative reports to the Operations Director on all activities, outputs, and relevant outcome indicators.
Ensuring that the programme runs within budget.
Ensuring that purchase requests are submitted timely together with all relevant supporting documents such as fully signed contracts, invoices, 3 comparative quotes & tax clearance certificates where applicable, before each payment is processed, to promote smooth flow of activities.
Oversee designing of graphics, logos, and publicity materials.
Organize specific promotional events such as press conferences.
Represent the organization at events and other business development opportunities

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Arts, Humanities or related from a reputable tertiary institution.
Minimum of two years’ relevant working experience in a similar position preferably acquired in a non profit making or related environment.
Good people management skills.
Creative and artistic.
Solid experience with digital technology.
Good report writing and proposal writing skills.
Command of written and spoken English.
Tech savvy and experience in social media management
