Introduction
A reputable organisation in Zimbabwe working in the field of transitional justice is seeking the services of an experienced consultant to assist in the production of an infographic version of the organisation’s strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Opportunity
The consultant will prepare one infographic version of the organisation’s strategy. The main tasks of the consultant will be as follows: Working closely with the organisation’s team to ensure that the infographic is completed in accordance with the agreed timeframe and objectives; Produce five preliminary infographic designs based on the information provided by the organisation’s team; Incorporate comments, suggestions and corrections made by the organisation’s transitional justice team to the preliminary designs and prepare a draft infographic; and Finalise infographic materials based on the feedback given and its final approval.

Key Deliverables
A set of five preliminary infographic designs; and An infographic version of the organisation’s strategy.

Selection Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated in consideration of the evaluation criteria as stated below. The offer will be evaluated by using the best value for money approach. The technical proposal, which should include details on the expertise of the applicant, the proposed methodology, approach and creative plan, as well as the management structure, will carry a weight of 70% of the total score. The financial proposal will carry a weight of 30% of the total score.

Expertise of applicant 15%; Proposed methodology, approach and creative plan 50%; Management structure and key personnel 5%; Financial proposal 30%; Total 100%

Interested candidates should submit an application including the following: A technical proposal providing the following information: Experience of your firm: A list of past and present major work of similar nature carried out to be submitted, preferably with an updated creative portfolio including relevant creative development work; Methodology: A detailed methodological approach should be provided for carrying out the assignment. The proposal should clarify the consultant’s understanding and interpretation of the Terms of Reference and provide a clear description as to how the Consultant intends to organise and execute the services. A detailed work plan showing the assignment’s important activities and milestones should be included in the methodology; and Management structure and key personnel: The consultant shall include the name of all experts and professionals meant to work in this project, their job functions and responsibilities related to this assignment. Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CVs) should be included for the proposed personnel, giving names, addresses, education, professional experience and experience in similar assignments; Financial Proposal: This should detail a quotation for the production of the infographic and all necessary costs.
