General Requirements
• Must be a holder of a Degree in Food Processing or
Food Science from a reputable university
• A Masters' Degree in Food Processing or Food Science is an added advantage
Professional qualification such as Hazard Analysis and
Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in milling or extrusion operations in a managerial position
• Experience in Extrusion Technology will be an added advantage
• A clean Class 4 driver's licence
