Apex Concrete and Quarries Zimbabwe is looking for Production Administrator
Responsibilities —
• Act as a point of contact for customers , contractors.
• Scheduling, coordinating and managing deliveries
• Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, and other administrative tasks as requested.
Calculating production aggregates.
• Perform take-off quantities to calculate aggregates, material and sub-requirements (units and costs) for orders
• Identify, communicate and resolve potential conflicts which would impact project safety, quality, completion deadline, and budget
Requirements:
• A degree in Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• 2 years + experience in similar role.
• Enthusiastic and eloquent communicator.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken.
• Good coordinating skills.
• Proven team player, able to work with multiple departments
• Experience in Pastel (added advantage)
• Experience in Construction (added advantage)
