We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Clerk to support our purchasing operations. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining accurate records
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock level management
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 O’ Level subjects including English.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, stores, or supply chain roles
• Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
