Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable real estate development company, for a dynamic and results-driven Principal Registered Agent. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional with strong leadership qualities, a passion for sales, and a firm grasp of property valuation and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, mentoring junior agents, and ensuring regulatory alignment through registration with the Estate Agents Council (EAC).This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and commitment to growth. As a key leader in the team, the Principal Registered Agent will also be instrumental in enhancing sales performance and strengthening the company’s professional presence in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property sales and achieve targets.
• Mentor and guide agents, fostering professional development and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, including registration with the Estate Agents Council (EAC).
• Regularly attend the office to collaborate with management and team members.
• Provide property valuation services and advise clients accordingly.
• Participate in the development and execution of the company’s growth plans.
• Liaise with stakeholders and represent the company in real estate forums and engagements.
• Conclude property sales efficiently, delivering high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Real Estate Management.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.
• Registered with the Estate Agents Council (EAC).
• Strong track record in property sales and deal closure.
• Qualified property valuer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support a team.
• Strong desire and capability to drive the company’s growth.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
