Principal Registered Agent

Job Description

We are on the look out for an individual who has good selling and negotiating skills, highly knowledgeable in the Real Estate laws of Zimbabwe. The person must have excellent written and verbal skills and highly innovative.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To perform duties of a registere Agent as prescribed by the EACZ Act
2. Sales and property management
3. Any other duties as assigned by Executive directors
Trust account management

Qualifications and Experience

1. Diploma or Degree in Real Estate from a recognized institution
or
A degree in Marketing or Finance
2. At least 3 years experience in a similar position
