Job Description
As a Public Relations & Negotiation Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with external agencies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the alignment of partnership goals. Your expertise in PR and negotiation will help us secure the best opportunities and foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with marketing, advertising, and PR agencies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and agencies
Coordinate with internal teams to align PR strategies with business objectives
Identify new opportunities for brand promotion and collaboration
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Manage budgets and ensure value delivery in all agreements
Prepare reports on negotiation outcomes and partnership performance
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and PR industry standards
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
