Job Description
Plant Manager position has arisen at National biotechnology Authority and suitable candidates are encouraged to apply
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing plant operations in terms of production , maintenance and quality
Coordinating plant activities through extensive planning with departmental heads to ensure strategic objectives are accomplished timeously
Preparing and controlling budgets for the plant
Providing leadership and training to achieve goals and objectives
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
Bsc in Food Processing Food Science or equivalent
Msc in Food Science
Business administration qualification
5-10 years experience in the FMCG industry.
