About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Plant Foreman to join our Plant team, reporting to the Plant Metallurgist
Duties and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
Assess all plant operating parameters against the set targets and ensures that all set targets are met.
Enforces Safety, Health and Environmental standards in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards as well as other
relevant legal frameworks.
Supervises and coordinates the activities of sections under control.
Motivates the production team during critical tasks.
Oversees the implementation of Plant department housekeeping action plans by directing necessary resources towards all
housekeeping efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum National Diploma In Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy.
5 years experience in a gold mining processing plant
