Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the following position that have arisen in our organization. The successful candidate will be working at St Anne’s Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be reporting to the Pharmacist and will be responsible for the following among other duties:
• Assisting in developing, monitoring and supporting the overall drug and drug related activities of the Pharmacy.
• Assisting in developing Pharmacy Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the clinical trial.
• Study product management including assisting in ordering, receipting, storage, dispensing and destruction.
• Record keeping of Pharmacy related documents.
• Participate in training of staff on pharmacy related procedures.
• Ensure ethical Pharmaceutical practices are done in accordance with the Health rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
• Higher National Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Pharmacist Council of Zimbabwe.
• At least 3 years proven experience in a Hospital Pharmacy setting.
• Experience in Theatre department will be a distinct advantage.
• Must be self-initiating and be able to work independently.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Spreadsheet etc.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
