Job Description
Our Sister Company Health mode Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Dispense medications and provide patient counseling on proper use and potential side effects.
2. Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
4. Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on medication use and safety.
5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and safety.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication therapy.
7. Stay current with emerging trends and developments in pharmacy practice.
Qualifications and Experience
1.Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
2. Registered with the relevant pharmacy council or authority.
3. At least 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Must have a current and valid practicing license and able to operate Propharm system
