Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies within the Rural Electrification Agency. Applicants should submit an application letter accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of academic and professional certificates.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Types and checks correspondences as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
• Types and designs format for various reports and documents.
• Arranges for systematic electronic data storage and back-up.
• Files and stores sensitive and confidential documents.
• Compiles schedules and sets reminders for the Chief Executive Officer's diary and itinerary.
• Procures and maintains sufficient inventory of stationery and consumables in the Chief Executive Officer's office.
• Facilitates communication between Chief Executive Officer, Directorate and other stakeholders.
• Prepares accommodation bookings and travel arrangements for the Chief Executive Officer and REF Board.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification and Experience
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or Business Studies.
• 2'A' Level passes or better will be an added advantage
• 5 '0' Level passes including English Language and Mathematics at Grade C'or better.
• 4 (four) years relevant experience of which 2 (two) years should be in Senior Manager's office.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Computer literacy and proficiency
• Class 4 Drivers Licence.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
