*Job Summary:*
As my Personal Assistant/Business Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing my schedule, and ensuring that my vision for the company is executed. You'll work closely with me to develop and implement business strategies, manage finances, and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Manage my schedule, ensuring I attend school and business commitments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including chicken supply chain management.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to help me develop my entrepreneurial skills.
- 2+ years of experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or as a personal assistant.
- Proven track record of success in managing businesses or projects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with financial management and accounting principles.
- Diploma or equivalent in business or secretarial studies preferable
