Job Description

A member of the SME Association of Zimbabwe is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant for their Harare office.Candidates should possess a relevant secretarial qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. A valid passport is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include greeting all clients, answering telephones, overseeing administrative tasks, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing payment information, and communicating with management, staff, and clients. The role requires a mature individual who can work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a relevant secretarial qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
