Job Description

Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated People & Culture Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the provision of human capital services that enable the smooth flow of people operations within the Group, in line with organization goals and People & Culture Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Participating in recruitment and selection processes in liaison with the People & Culture
Manager.
• Maintaining and updating physical and digital employee records.
• Consolidating payroll input from various departments and submit to the payroll office.
• Attending to employees' grievances and facilitating for assistance when necessary.
• Administering disciplinary cases ensuring documentation of all proceedings until cases are finalised
• Collating staff performance scores and submit to the People & Culture Manager for consolidation.

Qualifications and Experience

Key Competencies
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to produce accurate reports.
• Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
• Ability to plan and organise in line with job requirements.

Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or related qualification.
• Must be a member of Professional Board.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
