Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Payroll and Pensions Clerk for Rainbow Tourism Group. The position is base at the Corporate Office in Harare.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for non-managerial employees renumeration, processing, updating and maintaining salaries and pensions records related to employees
Key Responsibilities
1.Non-managerial payroll processing .
2.Validating of payroll information for compliance
3.Updating and maintaining of employee records.
4.Pensions Administration-assisting with the administration of pension schemes for the group including processing of claims applications and payments ensure compliance, reconciling and following up on all outstanding pensions related issues.
5.Reporting -Generating payroll and pension reports for internal and external stakeholders .
6.Assist with internal and external audits including providing payroll records and documentation.
7.Perform any other additional HR related tasks as assigned
Job Specification
The candidate should have the following:
Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
Certificate in Payroll Administration
Certificate of Proficiency in Pensions Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
Hands on experience with Belina Payroll and Zimra TaRMS system
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in payroll and pensions administration.
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professional maturity
Accuracy and attention to detail is a pre-requisite
Must possess exemplary level of professionalism and demonstrate strong organisational skills
Should possess excellent planning and organising skills
Maturity, innovation, resourcefulness and creativity are important requirements.
