Glenrise Investments (Pvt) Ltd seeks to recruit a dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team. The
successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing support services to the Glenrise teams in various projects
PAYROLL CLERK
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Capturing employee and other data into the payroll system
2. Assisting in consolidating monthly payroll timesheet
3. Responding to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
4. Assisting with internal and external audits, including providing payroll records and documentation.
5. Updating employee records.
6. Implementing payroll procedures to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year post qualification
Knowledge of Belina Payroll is an added advantage
Skills and Competencies
1. Paying attention to detail
2. Good time management and communication skills
3. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax laws and labour laws.
4. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
5. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
