Job Title: Parts Salesperson
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: [Workington Branch]
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling truck spares and related products to existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling truck spares and related products.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
8. Participate in sales promotions, campaigns, and events.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong product knowledge of truck spares and related products.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Valid driver's license (Class 4).
8. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Technical knowledge of trucks and their components.
2. Experience with sales software and systems.
3. Diploma or Degree Certification in sales / marketing or a related field.
4. At least 5 O'Levels including Maths and English.
