Job Description

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in Psychology, a masters degree in Psychology and a relevant first degree with at least a 2.1 degree classification. Applicants must be registered with the Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe as Psychologists and must be able to teach at least two of the following; Psychopathology, Psychometrics, Research Methods and Statistics, Ethical Issues in Counselling, Psychotherapy Skills, Community Psychology and Development, Post Modern Counselling Approaches, Cross-Cultural Counselling, Systematic Counselling, Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Social Psychology, Psychology, Concepts, Methods and Application, Ethics and Professional Practice, Child Development, Principles of Learning and History of Psychology. Teaching experience at Tertiary or University level is mandatory. Possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education will be an added advantage.
