1.2.1 Bachelor Of Commerce Honours Degree In Business Management/ Bachelor Of Commerce Honours Degree In Marketing Management/ Bachelor Of Commerce Logistics And Transport Mananagement (37 Posts- Harare And Masvingo Cohort)

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold at least a Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent and a relevant first degree with at least a 2.1-degree classification, candidates with relevant doctoral degrees or progressing towards one are preferred. Membership of a relevant professional body would be an added advantage. Successful applicants must have professional experience in industry and teaching experience at tertiary or university level. Holders of the Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education are preferred.

Applicants must indicate at least two (2) modules that they are able to teach from the following list of modules: Business leadership, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Research Methods, International Business, Digital Marketing, Advertising Management, Marketing Information Systems, Business to Business Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Quantitative Analysis for Business, Principles of Purchasing and Supply, Transport Economics, Passenger and Cargo Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, ICT in Logistics and Transport, Airlines and Airports Management, Supply Chain Risk Management, Global Sourcing, Corporate Governance, Corporate Law and Practice.
