Job Description
We are currently seeking Pad Supervisors who will be in charge of overseeing operations on shifts. They must be able to delegate tasks, resolve problems, and ensure that everything goes smoothly during a given work shift, including stocking Inventory all day/night long.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise coal loading/offloading
Take necessary measures within standing orders to deal with planned and unforeseen operating fluctuations at the pad
Ensure that daily targets/goals are met
Train and integrate new workers
Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS. EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Supply chain management certificate or equivalent
Experience in coal mining is an added advantage
Possesses good leadership skills
