• Ensuring that loading authorities & Duty Authorisations are given in time.
• Participate in responding to bid tenders, i.e. pricing, terms and conditions.
• Managing critical costs e.g. bond paper, telephone & fuel consumption.
• Efficiently managing the ZIMRA account
• Liaising with Clients regarding to nature of goods and shipments specifications.
• Supervising of all duty quotations to clients and ensure that quotations are responded to on time.
• Receiving feedback from clients regarding quotations given.
• Giving technical advise to clients.
• Liaising with other branches and service providers regarding the movement of shipments.
• Updating clients on shipment movement

5 O’ levels including Maths, English
High technical, profession or university
Degree in Supply chain management/ logistics
Diploma in forwarding & customs legislation is a MUST
Drivers license is a MUST
Chancers will not be tolerated
Experience
Minimum 2years’ experience in a Supervisory role
