Job Description
Incumbent is to be responsible for the day-to day operations of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategy formulation and implementation for the operations department
Develops customer contact strategy and adopt joint working with the customer. Implement customer agreements and monitor & build customer relationships
Manages the supply chain system from the suppliers to the customers.
Must be able to lead, plan and control activities in the warehouse
Has a fair appreciation of logistic planning.
Qualifications and Experience
Bsc Hons in Pharmacy. A post graduate qualification is an added advantage.
Must be a registered and licenced Pharmacist with MCAZ and PCZ.
Must have knowledge of warehouse management, stock management as well as procurement management.
A minimum of two years relevant experience in operations, warehousing and or retail.
