Job Description

Involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
Managing records and receipts.
Manages petty cash fund.
Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
Records accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and departments.
Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.
Overall responsibility for data entry into accounting system and integrity of accounting system data.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance
Minimum 02 years experience in Finance Sector.
Good computer skills include Microsoft Office Excel,Word,and Outlook.
Preference given to team players with high interpersonal skill
A demonstrated ability to plan, priorities, solve problems and complete multiple work streams.
