The incumbent will be responsible for preparing daily meals for employees at the office premises, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and timely service
Prepare and cook meals for employees according to the daily menu, ensuring they are served on time.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Manage kitchen supplies and report shortages.
Manage kitchen budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources, including portion management to avoid wastage
Maintain food presentation standards.
Assist in menu planning based on staff preferences and nutrition.
At least 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in an institutional or office setting.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Certificate in Cookery/Culinary Arts is an added advantage
