A small but growing organisation requires the services of a versatile utility office hand to complement its staff.
The incumbent will be responsible for
• Assisting utility and line employees in day to day duties
• covering receptionist duties when necessary and operate standard reception equipment
• housekeeping and general grounds maintenance
• attending to minor clerical work & data capturing as and when necessary
• ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are adhered to
• Ad hoc stock and office consumables' deliveries and/or collections
Person's specification
• At least 5 passes at '0' level
• A dean class 2 driver's licence
• Additional qualification at certificate or diploma level an added advantage
• Computer literacy an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task with personal drive and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Traceable references
