Job Description
We are looking for a mature individual to fill the post of office cleaner and cook. The individual must have exceptional culinary skills and the ability to create a menu for a small team. The candidate must keep the office clean at all times aswell.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean & maintained in safe working order.
Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soup, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. •
Plan menu items, orders supplies, and keep records of stocks.
Supervises and participates in cooking and baking and the preparation of foods
Must participate in checking all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item.
Responsible for taking care of the office and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition at all time.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years proven experience.
Candidate must have good communication skills.
A culinary qualification will be an added advantage.
