Office administration covering procurement and administration of office supplies and vendors; correspondence; meeting facilitation
Human Resources Management - preparation and maintenance of personnel files; running of payroll; NSSA returns and liaison; employee communication
Supervision of general cleaning staff
Education/ Experience/Skills
Undergraduate degree in the Arts, Business Administration Competent with Belina payroll system
Competent with NSSA computations and submissions Microsoft office proficient 3 years working experience with NEC in Zimbabwe
Strong organizational skills
