Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions that have arisen in the Health Services Directorate in the University of Zimbabwe:
Duties and Responsibilities
Ÿ To undertake all duties in line with the training
and instruction provided by the Practice Nurse
and General Practitioners.
Ÿ Prepares and maintains high standard hygiene
of all offices, patient observation, and
examination and procedure rooms.
Ÿ Cleans equipment, sterilizes, stores.
Ÿ Prepares and issues dressing packs, procedure trays and other supplies. Maintains the orders stock for Doctors and nursing areas.
Ÿ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Attributes
Ÿ Minimum of ‘5’ 0 level passes at grade C or
better including English language.
Ÿ Plus, Nurse Aid certificate from a reputable
institution.
Ÿ At least 3 years’ experience working in a medical
environment, should be reliable.
