Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for this job opportunity that has arisen at Nectacare Shabani Mine Hospital in Zvishavane.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Nursing Officer in Charge and working closely with the Nurses to deliver quality health service , the main responsibilities of the job are:
- Daily damp dusting of the facility rooms and making them tidy
- General cleaning of the wards and bed making
- Carrying out of basic clinical procedures
- Assisting in screening of patients - taking patient vital signs including but not limited to body temperature, pulse rate and respiration rate
- Maintaining of patients’ records
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
Valid Red Cross Nurse Aide Certificate as a minimum
5 ' O’ levels
Ideal Candidate must:
Have at least 1 year experience as a Nurse Aide
Be flexible and adaptable
Have a commitment to professionally handle private and confidential information
Be a good communicator
Have accommodation in Zvishavane
