A leading entertainment venue in Harare offering an unforgettable experience for our customers is seeking an experienced and charismatic Day Manager.
*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our nightclub. As Day Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the venue. This role requires flexibility, as you'll be expected to work nights when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies
- Maintain high standards of customer service and experience
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure seamless transitions between day and night operations
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:*
- Experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry (not mandatory)
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving revenue growth an added advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
