Nightclub Bartenders (Bulawayo and Harare)

Job Description

We're seeking experienced and charismatic bartenders to join our team in Bulawayo and Harare! As a bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring stock availability, and balancing stocks.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve drinks to customers
- Ensure stock levels are adequate and order supplies as needed
- Balance stocks and manage inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications and Experience

- Experienced in bartending (minimum 2 years)
- Able to work night shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25kg)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
