*Job Summary:*
As a Nightclub Bar Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, supervising staff, and preparing night-end paperwork. If you're a night owl with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the bar, including managing stock levels, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Supervise and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Prepare night-end paperwork, including reconciling sales, managing cash handling, and completing inventory reports.
- Ensure that the bar is serving cold beverages and that stock levels are maintained.
- Monitor and control bar costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to withstand the demands of a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
