Job Description
Operating Council motorised grader
Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate a motorised grader
• Spreading and levelling to grade specifications in construction and maintenance of roads and other infrastructure works
• Final cutter on road construction works
• General maintenance of the grader
• Conducting equipment checks and informing mechanics and supervisors of problems with the equipment
Qualifications and Experience
• Certificate in operating a motorised grader
• Class 5 driver’s licence
• Knowledge of operating other earth moving equipment will be an added advantage.
• A clean record of service within the local government fraternity
• At least 2 years’ experience in operating a motorised grader
