Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Controller to ensure that our motor vehicle services meet the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing vehicles, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain our quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve quality-related issues
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for quality improvement
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of motor vehicle systems and components
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality control software
