Job Description
A Mobile Phone Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones and related accessories to customers. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, demonstrating product features, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
Stay updated on the latest mobile phone models, features, and accessories.
Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services.
Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and guidance on product usage.
Greet and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience not limited , good communication and sales skills are preferred.
