We seek to recruit an outstanding and result oriented individual to fill the following post in our organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identifies new agents, franchises, merchants and motivates existing ones to meet set targets.
2. Represents and supports MFS products and services in the given portfolio.
3. Motivate existing agents to perform consistently and in line with branding and quality control standards of the Company.
4. Grows business revenues of the assigned territory of portfolio
5. Develops and implements strategies to cross and upsell NetOne products.
6. Prepares status reports daily, weekly recruitments, portfolio status in terms of agent performance, recommendations for growth opportunities and any challenges faced.
7. Ensures efficient on-boarding of all customers and agents from sources including NetOne shops and departments in given portfolio.
8. Keeps abreast with developments in the market, competitor products and global standards.
9. Remits and accounts for all cash collections on a daily basis
10. Performs reconciliation for cash, stocks and stationery issued daily.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Commercial/Social Sciences
2. Clean Class 4 Driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience
3. 2 years' experience in FMCG/mobile money
4. Performance and results-oriented
5. Ability to conclude sales transactions
6. Must have a thorough understanding of customer relationship management, negotiating skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.
