Mobile and Internet Banking Manager
Reporting to the Head -Banking the Incumbent will be responsible for planning and Implementing Internet and mobile banking commercial strategies, projects, and related Innovations.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Managing mobile and Internet banking commercials. VAS, profit and loss and revenue assurance.
• Championing MasterCard commercial delivery and related m-commerce activities.
• Developing and championing mobile and Internet banking commercial strategies and activities to promote uptake and usage of banking services.
• Managing projects, upgrades and system changes related to mobile & internet banking channels.
• Developing and maintaining mobile and internet banking policies and procedures.
• Managing mobile and Internet banking customer experience and 24/7 service access facilities.
• Ensuring operational systems are established accurately and efficiently to process transactions originating from mobile and internet channels.
• Championing the implementation and usage of the bank's omni-channel banking solutions
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Marketing or Banking.
• Post graduate qualification in Business or Digital Banking.
• At least 3 years' experience in a digital banking, fintech or telecommunications commercial environment.
