Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the operation of mills, cyclones, and associated equipment.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report faults.
• Perform slurry density checks and other simple plant tests.
• Ensure constant material flow by clearing blockages and spillages safely.
• Maintain housekeeping standards around the milling area.
• Support start‑up and shutdown activities as instructed by the Plant Operator.
• Follow safety procedures, including lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) system
• Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of crushing and milling processes.
• Good physical fitness and resilience.
• Strong awareness of safety hazards.
• Teamwork and communication.
Qualifications and Experience
• O‑Level.
• Training or experience in mineral processing is an advantage.at least 1 year experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
