Key Requirements
• Apprenticeship-trained Mechanical Artisan (Journeyman Class 1 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in the sugar industry is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a mechanical maintenance environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
