Job Description
Goldridge College invites applicants from suitably qualified individuals for the following post
Start Date: Monday, January 9, 2023
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
To teach Mathematics up to ‘A’ Level.
To use ICT and other learning technology in planning and delivery of lessons.
To deliver engaging and motivating lessons.
To mark and give feedback to students in accordance with the school policy.
To coach at least one sporting discipline, ability to coach Hockey or Basketball or Rugby is an advantage
To track the progress of all students through assessments and maximize their achievement.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
A Degree specialising in Mathematics plus suitable teacher training.
The applicant should have a minimum of five years experience with a record of high student achievement.
Sound knowledge of computers and application of technology to the teaching of mathematics.
Ability to teach, Thinking Skills, will be a major advantage.
